For Organizations…

Raincoast Elemental Wellness and Consulting Inc. develops and delivers custom wellness sessions to organizations for the benefit and support of their primary asset, the people.

People, whether employees or volunteers, are the true linchpin of any organization.  It is only through their strength, ingenuity and generosity of spirit that an organization is able to stay vibrant and resilient.

Organizations who support wellness have a much greater chance of attracting and retaining positive, productive employees/volunteers which will result in healthier, more adaptive and creative organizations.

GUIDED MEDITATION

Guided meditation uses imagery, focused attention, mindfulness and the practice of deep breathing to transition the body from a state of stress to one of relaxation.

Contraindications: none

When we feel relaxed and calm, we are far less likely to react to the situations and people we encounter with anxiety, irritability or distress.

All sessions provided by Raincoast Elemental Wellness and Consulting Inc. are complementary to and do not replace the prescribed treatment of a licensed Medical Professional.

To ensure Raincoast Elemental Wellness and Consulting Inc. and its practitioner meet insurance and professional standards criteria, clients are required to complete a health intake, consent and liability waiver prior to the first wellness session and must update the information prior to subsequent wellness sessions. If contraindications are present, the wellness session may be cancelled or modified, depending on the contraindication and the needs of the client. The time required to accomplish this requirement is considered consulting time and is outside of the “session” time.

** For sessions 60 minutes in length, a combined session can be requested which includes a 30 minute presentation and 30 minute guided mediation.

All clients are required to complete a client consent, waiver of liability and health history form prior to the first session. Updates will be requested prior to each subsequent session. These forms are being made available for you to view. The practitioner will provide a hard copy of the form at the beginning of the first session for you to fill out.
