Guided Meditation Themes
Although releasing tension is the main focus for any meditation. There are many different ways to achieve the same end. The majority of the meditations I provide focus on balancing the chakras which I believe directly support your emotional body.
Each Meditation has a different theme
January 25 – 5 Element Meridian Balance – support the Ko and Sheng cycles of the 5 element theory
February 22 – Heart Chakra
March 29 – Chakra – Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus
April 26 – Chakra – Throat, Brow and Crown Chakra
May 31 – All Chakras – colours and nature.
June 28 – All Chakras – crystals and nature.
July 26 – All Chakras – Lotus Flower
August 30 – 5 Element Meridian Balance – support the Ko and Sheng cycles of the 5 element theory
September 27 – Self-Healing
October 25 – Labyrinth
November 29 – Chakra – Heart
December 27 – Shadow Work
