We are only HUMAN

You wouldn’t be human if we didn’t feel anxiety or tension in certain situations.

The brain / body interface just happens to be built that way.

Commonality VS Uniqueness

As members of the human race we have some common fears such as public speaking, flying or coming face to face with a big hairy spider or a long scary snake.

While having fears,  anxiety, tension may be common, each of us walks a different path.

What triggers anxiety in one may never trigger anxiety in another.

It is important, especially when it comes to anxiety, that you honour your own uniqueness.

You must always believe yourself and how you feel.

Fight or Flight Response

When fear strikes, the body transitions, in what seems like a millisecond, to the fight or flight response.

The pulse quickens, our breathing becomes shallow, our palms get cold and clammy, we can have tunnel vision, startle easily, and loose all ability to focus and concentrate.

In the fight or flight mode, we can hear but, not understand.

Workshop

During this workshop you will…

  • discuss the fight or flight response and the fear / anxiety spectrum.
  • decode your energetic signature when you are relaxed vs when you are stressed.
  • learn which organs of the body hold fear / anxiety.
  • practice a few different excises that can support the body’s ability to release the symptoms of anxiety which will enable each of us to be more present, grounded and balanced.

When we can act and react with less anxiety, we are better able to live life to our potential!
