Meditation

The purpose of meditation is to heal.

Healing from a holistic perspective means clearing the debris that has built up over time.

Debris is held in your body.  This debris can be comprised of your thoughts, feelings, attitudes and emotions.

Unless there is a physical injury, a genetic pre-disposition or environmental exposure, holistically it is believed that your pain, anxiety as well as other disease states can be caused by your inability to release the thoughts, feelings, attitudes and emotions that have built up and are no longer serving your highest and greatest good.

The Meditation – Being Heart Centred

Please find a comfortable position
However, you want to be. Whatever feels right.

Draw in a deep breath.
As you breath in, pull the breath down & into your belly.
As you breath out, blow away everything you want to get rid of.
Just put it on the side.  You can pick it up when you finish. It will be there for you.  Or, you can leave it behind and the Universe will take it away.

Breathing in and your belly rises.
Breathing out and you blow everything away.
This is your time, your moment, your place to be and no one else’s.
Coming back to you breath.
Breathing in deeply – Breathing out slowly – Releasing what you want to release – Letting go

You are supported by the earth – Being feed by earth’s energy.
As you breath in – The earth’s energy enters the soles of your feet.
Breathing out – The energy moves upward through the body – Out the crown of your head – Towards the sky.
Breathing in deeply / Breathing out slowly – Being nourished by the earth – Heart, mind and body.
Breathing in deeply/ Breathing out slowly – Releasing what you want to release – Letting go.

You are supported by the sky – Being feed by the sky’s energy.
As you breath in – The sky’s energy enters the crown of your head.
breathing out – The sky’s energy moves downward through the body – Out the soles of your feet – Into the earth
Breathing in deeply / Breathing out slowly – Being nourished by the sky – Heart, mind and body
Breathing in deeply/ Breathing out slowly – Releasing what you want to release – Letting go.

The brightness of Father Sky meeting the darkness of Mother Earth

In this moment – With gentleness and grace – Releasing what you want to release – Letting go.
– Releasing old stories, or
– Softening thought patterns and beliefs, or possibly
– Dissolving blockages to your spiritual growth.
With gentleness and grace – Releasing what you want to release – Letting go.

In this moment, you are supported and loved.
You are nurtured by the healing energies of the earth and the sky.
Breathing in love – Earth and the sky energy – Converging at the heart and creating a beautiful healing light.
Breathing out – The light is cleansing, the light is balancing, the light is healing.

The light is a gift to those who lives you touch and the spaces you inhabit.
This light surrounds you – moving in and all around you.
The light symbolizes a part of you – Your higher self – Your true self – Your heart centred self.
This light surrounds you – moving in and all around you.

In this moment you are love, light, elegance and grace.
You are in at peace.
In this moment – you are truly heart centred.
