Holistic sessions in the disciplines of Reflexology, Guided Meditation, Reiki, Touch for Health and Specialized Kinesiology support the release of unwanted and unproductive stress to aid in the reduction of anxiety, tension, depression and/or pain.

Unlike other companies, Raincoast Elemental can also provide highly customized sessions which employ affirmations/goals as well as stress reduction techniques from several disciplines.  This approach not only addresses and responds to the unique requirements of each client, it helps to ensure the best possible outcome – holistic balance.

GUIDED MEDITATION

Guided Meditation uses imagery, focused attention, mindfulness and the practice of deep breathing to transition the body from a state of stress to one of relaxation.

REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is a non-invasive, hands-on technique, which stimulates reflex points on the feet and/or hands encouraging the body to move towards a state of better balance and function.

TOUCH FOR HEALTH AND SPECIALIZED KINESIOLOGY

Touch for Health and Specialized Kinesiology use muscle monitoring, energy work and other techniques to help harmonize the body’s energy flow.

REIKI

Reiki strives to achieve energetic balance through deep relaxation. The practitioner gently places their hands in various positions on or just above the head and body.

About Us

Raincoast Elemental director, founder and mobile practitioner, Diane MacDonald, has over 30 years of experience in the service industry and over 10 years of experience in the field of wellness.

Diane is a firm believer that when we invest in ourselves through holistic techniques which support the cycle of relaxation, release and renewal we are healthier, more adaptive and more creative when facing life’s challenges.

Diane holds those who care for others with a profound respect and chooses to focus her energy on supporting the caregivers/care providers in her community.

Diane holds professional liability insurance in the modalities of Reflexology, Touch for Health, Specialized Kinesiology, Reiki and as a Meditation Coach. She is a registered member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada, the Reflexology Association of BC, the Reflexology Association of Canada, and the Canadian Association of Specialized Kinesiology.
