Reduce Stress

Relax, Release, Renew!

Raincoast Elemental Wellness and Consulting Inc. is dedicated to supporting those who care for others.

The care providers amongst us who may be suffering from anxiety, depression, pain, fatigue, insomnia, irritability or a new or worsening health condition.

Raincoast Elemental provides holistic sessions in the disciplines of Reflexology, Guided Meditation, Therapeutic Touch, Reiki, Touch for Health and other Bioenergetic Feedback modalities which support the release of unwanted and unproductive stress to help diminish and, in some instances, alleviate new or worsening symptoms.

Unlike other companies, Raincoast Elemental provides highly customized sessions by employing affirmations as well as stress reduction techniques from multiple disciplines.  This approach not only addresses and responds to the unique requirements of each client, it helps to ensure the best possible outcome – inner peace and a path forward through holistic balance.  A place where self-healing can begin.

When we are balanced we are happier, healthier and more resilient.

When we are balanced, we are more proactive instead of reactive when facing life’s challenges.

When we are balanced, we are able to show up as our best, heart-centred self.

Guided Meditation uses imagery, focused attention, mindfulness and the practice of deep breathing to transition the body from a state of stress to one of relaxation.

Reflexology is a non-invasive, hands-on technique, which stimulates reflex points on the feet and/or hands encouraging the body to move towards a state of better balance and function.

Touch for Health and Bioenergetic Feedback modalities use muscle monitoring, energy work and other techniques to help harmonize the body’s energy flow.

Reiki strives to achieve energetic balance through deep relaxation. The practitioner gently places their hands in various positions on or just above the head and body.

Therapeutic Touch supports the alignment of the body’s energy field using light touch or no touch.
